Sue's trip to Israel in May

I went to Israel in May for 17 days with my friend Christina and with Precept Ministries.

We traveled all over Israel from the northern border of Golan Heights to the Mediterranean Sea back to the east into Petra, Jordan and down to the southern border of Eilat by Egypt.

Everything we did was so awesome. Being at Biblical sights and seeing where Jesus walked and ministered made the Bible come to life in a way that is indescribable!

It was an incredible trip of a lifetime!
Sea of Galilee and the hills of Syria and Jordan in the background.
Fishing boat on the Sea of Galilee just like in Jesus' time.
Taking a cruise on the Sea of Galilee.
I got baptized for the second time in the Jordan River.
The Roman Adqueduct at Caesarea by the Sea where King Herod had his seaside palace.

The excavated city of Bet Shean.
Lunch with Father Abraham at his bedouin tent in the desert.
I made a new friend!
At the "Wailing Wall" or Western Wall at the Temple.
On the Temple Mount where the Temple of the Lord will again be built.
Viewing the Temple Mount from the Mt. of Olives.

Wading through water in Hezekiah's tunnel in pitch dark. At times the water was above our knees.

Shopping in the Old City market.
I'm floating about 2-3 feet above the floor of the Dead Sea, just sitting on the water.

The Treasury in Petra, Jordan.

Our hotel at Elilat on the Red Sea, our room faced the border of Egypt, we were an eighth of a mile from it.

Snorkeling in the Red Sea!
